Start with one project. Keep going if it pays.

Most agencies ask for a 12-month contract before you’ve seen anything. We start smaller. Pick one first project, see what it turns up within 30 to 45 days, and decide from there.

Step 1

A 30-minute call

We look at how work reaches you today: who calls, who answers, what happens to quotes, and which vendor lists you’re on. No slide deck.

Step 2

One first project

Any fee is fixed and set on the first call.

Missed-Jobs Audit

Free. Where you show up, or don’t, when a property manager in your area searches for a company like yours.

Overhead review

The fee is credited to monthly work if you continue. We go through your software, lead services, answering service and marketing spend, and show what to cut.

Open-quote recovery, 30 days

We follow up on the quotes you’ve already sent and on past customers, in your name.

Step 3

Monthly work

Once the first project has paid for itself, we put together the parts you need from the five: be found first, answer every call, win back open quotes, get on the vendor list, and pay for it from overhead.

What we need from you

The owner’s time is the scarce part, so the list is short:

What you’ll see every month

One page that counts jobs, not clicks: calls answered, jobs booked, quotes won back and vendor lists joined. In the first call we agree what counts as a result for your company: a qualified call, a site walk or a signed work authorization.

What we don’t do

Sell leads, share your leads with competitors, lock you into accounts you can’t get back, or quote and dispatch jobs. Your team does the work.

Your next contract is already out to bid.
Be the company they call.

30 minutes. We’ll look at how you show up in your area before we talk.
