This policy explains what information sureprodigital.com collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. “Surepro Digital,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Traincar Holdings LLC, doing business as Surepro Digital. The site is meant for businesses in the United States.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: on the Book a call form, your name, work email, phone, company, where you work, your trade and your message; on the privacy request form below, your name, email and request. We use it to reply to you, to discuss working together, and to keep a record of the conversation.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us. A first-party cookie records the page you landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or utm_campaign) and ad click IDs (such as gclid). If you send a form, these are saved with your entry so we know which marketing worked.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google sets its own cookies for this. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Security and delivery. Our hosting and our network provider, Cloudflare, process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block abuse, and Cloudflare may set a security cookie.
- Visitor identification. We use a visitor identification service (RB2B) to learn which companies visit our site.

You may use an authorized agent, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to reconsider by sending the form again with “Appeal” in the details.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries and business correspondence for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics service.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No website or transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
